On the right is Queen Miless, the ruler of Y'leth. She rules the planet, and is subordinate to Empress Lura-M'n. Miless is not a natural sorceress, but the bar she carries hold a portion of Lura-M'n's magical energy, which she can use to enforce Lura-M'n's law over the Y'lethi people.
